Okay bro-in-law - practiced a 5k today IN THE WIND!!! I ran the loop around Interroll and through NorthChase and back. Did exactly 3.2 miles in 29:48. I was hoping for better, but I'm going to blame it on the wind :)

You kicked my ole butt good fashioned. I ran 3 miles in just under 38 minutes.I'm always running against the wind.Didn't have a doggie stroller to push today.
I went and got some ice cream for Ameron & Megan afterwards.
Do I need to register early or can I register on race day?
