Got up this morning and met bro-in-law downtown for the Diligence 5k. He left me a message this morning thinking I was standing him up and was going to be a no-show...ha ha got him...I went. But, with my time - maybe I should have been a no-show.... ha ha.
It was fun of course....the hills - kicked my BUTT!!!!

I did see a couple people I knew, include a professor of mine from UNC-W that I spent all week with in Squeak...didn't know she even ran.....but, I guess you never know.

Came home, Ameron, Scott and myself went out in the boat. We had a lot of fun. Scott and I were really surprised how Ameron spent the whole day with us.

After coming home and getting cleaned up, we took my grandmother something to eat and then we went to PT's to get something to eat. Came home....and now Scott is snoozing on the couch!

I've listed some more races over to the side here on my blog....I need to e-mail the sponsors on some of them to see what the money is going for.

Also, the Summer of Love 5 miler is open to the first 400....so, I'm going to register this week.
