Came home from work and Ameron and I went to Dick's Sporting Goods, I want a pair of running shorts. Found a pair rather quickly - didn't realize they are everywhere in the store....guess I'd never been looking for them before.

Went by the grocery store, picked up some salad mix and apples....yum right???? Ameron and I ate grilled chicken salad. It was rather tasty. Had to eat light after eating all that fried food last night.

After eating I got Harley-man and strolled him around the neighborhood for 2 miles, and then came inside and ran on the treadmill 3.2 miles. I walked some during the 3.2 miles because Scott called and I wanted to talk to him. But, at least I got my lazy self doing something. I was going to Hugh McRae Park, but because I just came from town I decided to save the gas! It's a shame gas is so darn expensive now-a-days!

Well, I've e-mailed the person in charge of the Port City Pride race on the 14th twice now....guess I'm not going to get an answer...so I won't run in it! Stupid people!!!!!!
