Harley Pic and Video

Starting my meetings that will last till Thursday of this week. I'm there from 8-2...sucks! But, as I said before I'm getting paid to go.

Came home, took a really short nap and then cook a little dinner. Then called bro-in-law to give him some crap about no excuses for not running today - but I didn't know that he had run yesterday. He actually updated his blog.... ha ha. Good for him updating and running!

I took a little jog around the neighborhood....went 3.32 in 31 minutes....I walked once because this guy was trying to get his dog that was following me so I thought I'd be nice and stop running so he could get him. That happened around the 2.8 mile mark...so I guess I was making pretty good time. I can't believe how hot it was after a couple miles...but I suffered through it....I really want to do better that my last run time of 27:40.

Scott did mention something about if he weren't working this weekend that he might run on Saturday....but I'm not sure. I'm just glad it's early in the morning before it gets too hot.

Hey bro-in-law...instead of pancakes you can go into the Piggly Wiggly and get you the "breakfast" that you like so much....shoot, it may make you faster???? But, you did really well last time!
