Didn't post last night because I was busy doing school stuff, and I had to go back to Ocean Isle to get Ameron and Megan. They went back again this morning.

I went this morning and got my hair trimmed a little and then Scott picked me up and we went to the beach running. Ran 4.01 miles in 37 minutes. Then walked a little after that.
