Well, as you can tell - yesterday was another rest day. I had a lot to do and one of the items was to take Ameron to get her Senior pictures made at school. I can't believe it - Senior Pictures. Looked funny seeing her in a cap and gown....wow!!!

I did manage to run a little today. It was so hot outside I took it easy. I ran 5.1 miles, but at a 10 minute pace. Wanted to get some running in, but didn't want to over do it. I need to go get fitted for some running shoes I think.....I hear if you run a lot you need to see a professional...and sometimes I think that's true....my feet hurt more now.
I tried to beat January's total miles for running....but I was a tad off..... :) Maybe this month. I guess that will be my new goal.

Anyway - I'm off to teach my night class!
