As you can tell, I didn't run yesterday. I was lazy for the first part of the day, and the Scott and I went motorcycle riding. We didn't get home 'till late. So, guess I had another rest day!

I did attempt to run outside today -but it was too hot. I ran the first three miles and walked the other three. After that came home and prepared a test for the night kids. I had almost forgot that I had to give them a test tonight.
