Wasn't able to run today. Had to go visit my grandma. She was put into a nursing home today and I went by for a while to visit. She is at Britthaven which is close to my house so I'll stop by and see her pretty often.
Planning on running tomorrow....probably on the treadmill since it is supposed to be so cold! YUCK for the cold!!!
Need to keep running so I can be my personal best time on Thanksgiving morning.
