Haven't blogged in a while....feel like I'm becoming my bro-in-law...ha ha
Ran 7 miles yesterday after not running in like two weeks. My legs are feeling it today. But, I'm going to go run at least 3 today to maybe loosen then up a little....plus it is so nice out today! Wow, can't believe it's December.
Going try to keep running so I can do the half in January in Ocean Isle, but if it is too cold, I'm going to just do the 5k....I'm a baby I know!
Hey bro-in-law...just a few days to the new year....gonna start running again? You know we all must do the Oak Island Lighthouse run in April.

Managed to run/walk 6 miles around Hugh McRae Park.....boy it was so nice! I managed to do a 12 minute mile pace.....it was tough because my legs were sore from yesterday.
Going to watch the Panthers win...hopefully!
