Thursday

Last day of practice for the girls. I sure hope they don't change their minds and not go on Saturday. I can't wait for them to see other runners their age and notice how well they are doing....maybe then they'll see the need for dedication as I've tried to stress to them over and over.

My grandma's birthday is tomorrow...she'll be 92. Ameron and I will be going on and eat some of the new KFC chicken. Mom said it was good so I'm looking forward to having some.

Besides the race on Saturday I really don't have big plans for the weekend. Scott is still going to do the race but I believe he is going to run with me. His heel is still bothering him from the last race we did in Oak Island. He bought inserts for his heel, but it's not feeling better..... :(
