Took yesterday off from running. Ate J Michaels for dinner last night...YUMMY!!!! Got up early this morning and met Melissa out at the William H. Craig 15K. The weather wasn't too cold, luckily the sun was out.
The run was pretty good. I managed to get the 15K (9.3 miles) done in 1:28...I was thinking I was going to come in somewhere around 1:30. I took second place in my age group which was a complete shock!!!!!
I felt good so I'm really thinking about the 1/2 here in March at Wrightsville Beach. I need to get a run or two in that are 13 miles first... :)

I am impressed by the run you had. The motorbike looks great and i am also planning to purchase a similar one very soon.
