Tuesday - March 23, 2010

Felt so tired today...well as the afternoon went on. I had a peanut butter bagel for breakfast, some pretzels for snack, and for lunch I had some applesauce, more pretzels and a can of beef-a-roni (nutritious huh??)
After school I stretch with the kids, then we went outside to run. When I first started I was really tight and my ankle was a little angry at me...but after 1/2 mile it loosened up and I felt better. I felt tired though. My body felt okay as far as legs and muscles, I just felt sluggish and hungry. I managed to get the 3 miles in at a slow pace then I walked a 1/2 mile to stretch out.
Came home, ate a peanut butter bagel again, and a big bowl of special k with yogurt cereal. I feel much better now.
Think I'll get subway Tuna for dinner after Scott wakes up. Yes, a day sleeper now that he's on 3rd shift for a few weeks.
