Marathon Training: Day 7 - 54 days to go

Well, I can honestly say I have taken advantage of these two rest days. But, tomorrow starts a series of three days in a row before a rest day and then the long day again.

Tomorrow we're supposed to run 5 miles, then the next day 8, then finishing up with 5 on Friday. Will surely rest on Saturday because Sunday we are supposed to add another mile to our longest distance from last Sunday to make 18 miles..WOW...guess we'll be touring all of Wilmington again on our feet!!!

My legs and all feel really good, so I'm hoping tomorrow is a good day!
